Here at Stitchdoodles we are all about creativity. Sitchdoodles was created in 2019 after I was finding it difficult to find hand embroidery patterns that were exciting and a bit different from the usual. Wanting to combine our love of hand embroidery stitches, traditional sampler techniques as well as quilt designs(!) I decided to come up with something myself and it has evolved into an array of wonderful and colourful designs that will hopefully inspire and excite people to pick up a needle and get 'happy stitching’.

A beautifully simple design with very few stitches - this gorgeous leaf pattern has wonderful wintery colored leaves intermingled within the berries and leaves. This is a delight to stitch and incredibly absorbing. Suitable for beginners through to advanced.

The pattern details the floss and stitches I used in the example photo but feel free to make your own choices – it’s up to you! The Changing Leaves Hand Embroidery Pattern is approximately 8 inches square.
