Spring is Sprung poncho

As fresh as spring, this poncho is as light and airy as the days ahead. Knit in the round from the neck to the hem, this sampler of fern-lace stitch patterns shows to best advantage the cashmere/merino/silk blend of the fingering weight yarn used.

• three colors are used to highlight the change in stitch patterns as you progress thru the poncho; this would also look stunning in one color. You’ll need 70 yds of light gold, 140 yds of grass and 280 yds of emerald for a total yardage need of 490 yards of fingering weight. The design fits many sizes and is easy to adjust to a longer length (notes are included within the design) – adjust yardage needs accordingly.
