I'm sure you've heard those amazing stories about cats surviving falls from incredible heights. This is not one of those stories.
The example was made with worsted weight (8 or 10 ply) wool yarns using US size 3/3.25mm needles, but almost any yarn could be used with the corresponding needle size. Splat Cat measures approximately 7 inches long & 5 inches wide. But of course size will change depending on choice of yarn & needle.
The tail & body are worked in one piece in the round, and the eyeballs, arms, legs, and ears can either be knit on stitches picked up from the body, or knit separately and sewn on.
