Carefully designed with a realistic, asymmetrical shell, this pattern uses a wide range of crochet stitches to achieve the perfect shape, making it an unusual and rewarding project.
You can make the snail the size of your choice using the yarn of your choice and details are given in the pattern. For example, for an approximately 8cm (3⅛") snail you will need double-knitting (DK, light worsted weight, Category 3) yarn as follows:
-- 9m (9 yards) for the body
-- 13m (14 yards) for the shell
You will also need:
