Sky Full of Stars Mitts

These deceptively simple fingerless mitts are knit flat and seamed together to form a discrete thumb hole opening. They can also be worn as wrist-warmers, leaving your hands free. Made from glamorous sequinned yarn, they are perfect for a special occasion and make a beautiful accompaniment to the Sky Full of Stars (multi-way) Shrug which uses the same stitch pattern.

As the rib and lace sections are both stretchy, the mitts will comfortably fit up to 20cm circumference at the wrist and 22cm at the knuckle, but substituting a larger needle size (4mm or 4.5mm) will work just as well with this yarn if you'd like to make them bigger.
