Simple Classic Triangle Shawl

Easy & basic crochet pattern for the Simple and Classic Triangular shawl that can also be worn as a beach sarong! It has a pretty mesh border & the main body of the shawl is all double crochet so it keeps you nice and warm. It is worked starting at the bottom point & gradually increasing stitches every row until you reach your desired width. 62 inch is shown in the picture which required about 560 yards of yarn (there is an optional border made at the end which will require about 25 more yards if you choose to do it). The first 15 rows are the most challenging so I included detailed pictures for rows 1 - 15. The pictures are great if you are a visual crocheter or need some pictures to guide you along the way. The pattern uses basic American crochet terminology and if you have experience with reading a written pattern this is a great pattern for a beginner.
