Sea Breeze

Worked top down from a pretty Irish moss stitch neckband, this square-necked sweater is easy to knit and very versatile. Pair it with casual trousers, shorts or a pretty dress - it's sure to be your go-to sweater this Summer!

The neckband and borders are all edged with a delicate garter stitch shadow line, while dainty eyelets form the feminine raglan shaping. A simple two row repeat forms the four row pattern of the neckband, a fascination which kick starts the project from the very get go!!

Photographed in lovely sport weight merino yarn from Cowgirlblues, the pattern calls for 8 (8: 9: 9: 10: 10) x 50g. The pattern is easy to follow and the project grows quickly. There are so many lovely shades to choose from that the only real problem is which one to go for!
