I have created some with Aran/Worsted weight acrylic yarn and 5mm hook measuring approximately 2” in diameter. I have also made some using Chunky/Bulky weight yarn and 6mm hook measuring approximately 2.5” in diameter.
You can use any type or weight of yarn you like, just keep to the same weight for each colour. Your chosen yarn weight and hook size will determine your finished bauble size.
