The cowl is worked in the round. There is no seaming. Also, a video tutorial is provided demonstrating how to work the increase the pattern calls for. The cowl is also reversible which is great. While at Starbucks I dribbled a bit of coffee down my chin onto my cowl. I took the cowl off, turned it inside out, put it back on, and was good to go. Tada!! Blue pictured cowl is worked in Cloudborn Fibers/Superwash Merino Worsted Twist; Color: #13-012/Stormy Skies. Grey cowl is worked in Cloudborn/Superwash Merino DK; Color: #14-005/Charcoal Heather. I've also used Cascade 220 Superwash with gorgeous results.
