This oversized pullover is worked flat in pieces from the bottom up. Shoulders are joined using Three-Needle Bind-Off, and the hood is picked up and knitted from the neck edge. A few initial rounds are worked at the neck edge in double knitting for added stability. Pieces are sewn together using mattress stitch. A draw-cord

casing is created on hood by folding in the front edge and sewing it down. Circular needles are used to accommodate the large amount of stitches, however straight needles can be used instead if preferred where indicated.

Stitch count varies from row to row when working the lace pattern. For accurate stitch count, count your stitches only after working Row 3 of lace pattern. Final stitch counts never include the yarn overs from the lace pattern.
