This cowl was originally designed to help raise money for a festival in Texas.
I have revisited this pattern to add a couple other sizes. Blocked size: Doll 14" x 3" Small 36" x 7" Medium 44" x 7" Large 55" x 8"
If you are a tight knitter or prefer a looser cowl go up a needle size. When I blocked these all I did was wash and lay flat to dry. I did not block the snot out of them. If you want longer sizes block them with pins or use a larger needle.
