This cushion is based on a traditional granny square design with one large granny square motif front piece; only the front panel is crocheted and then sewn on a good quality fabric cushion cover, fastened with a zipper which makes it easier to remove and washed.
I also provided a second variant if you would rather crochet your granny cushion, made as 2 extended classic granny squares (same for front and back panels), joined together by SC .
