Pattern is written for easy alterations for size, but has notes to specifically make a hat that will fit an average woman's 21" head. However, notes are added to adapt the pattern to all sizes including infant, child, toddler and men's.
The pattern includes a URL link to my YouTube video showing how to do the Puff Stitch.
