For a bold, bright splash of color for the babies' room, crochet this blanket in not-so-traditional granny squares. Sew the squares together and finish the Playtime Baby Blanket with a couple of rounds of edging. This "playtime" pattern includes suggestions for differing placement of squares so you are free to be creative.
Size: Approximately 36" by 36".
Skill level: Intermediate.
Materials: Perfection DK (a light worsted weight or size 4 yarn) from Kraemer Yarns.
Tools: U.S. size I crochet hook.
