The patterning in this regency-themed jumper is based on Georgian decorative forms, as seen in the great English houses of that era. The use of travelling colourwork as a design feature was inspired by the wonderful work of fellow designer, Kieran Foley.
The pullover is a seamless knit from bottom to top with a compound raglan yoke. The front neck is steeked.
The sample was knitted with Jamieson & Smith jumperweight yarn, which may be substitited with any even 4ply weight yarn with a high content of pure wool.
