The textured stitch used for this pattern reminds seed stitch in knitting, I named it "pearl stitch". Hat and mitts are crocheted from the bottom up with 2 strands held together – main color (Sport weight) and accompanying (Light fingering). If you prefer to make it in a single color, use one strand of heavy DK or Worsted weight yarn (check your gauge).

Hat fits head circ 54-57 cm (21"-22.5"), 57-60 cm (22.5-24") Mitts fit hand circ 18-21 cm (7"-8.3"), 21-24 cm (8.3"-9.5")
Materials Needed:
•1 skein of Sport weight yarn, about 360 yards per 100 grams. Color light-beige.
•1 skein of Light fingering weight yarn, about 660 yards per 100 grams. Color light-beige. You will need approx 330-360 yards.
•Small amounts of Light fingering in colors: light-blue, dark-blue, yellow, terracotta.
•Hooks: 4 mm(G), 4.5 mm
•Tapestry needle and scissors
