Children’s Christmas Jumper to fit from birth to 3 years old

Xmas jumper to knit with Christmas penguin motif and 3 button opening to one shoulder

Knitted using double knitting wool

Pattern is written in English

Design:

The front, back and sleeves are worked separately from the bottom-up. Stitches are picked up to complete the neckline. One shoulder has a 3-button fastening to make it easier to lift the jumper over the child’s head. A chart is provided to complete the penguin motif.

Yarn:

The pattern uses double knitting wool (an alternative yarn for overseas knitters would be USA light worsted or Australian 8 ply)

The jumper in the picture has been knitted for size 6-12 months and uses:

Sirdar Snuggly shades: Blue (0321), White (0251), Black (0312) and Flamenco (0242)

Stylecraft Special DK shade: Mustard (1823).
