This cute owl headband is a simple and pretty quick knit. I used 1 skein of Blue Sky Alpaca Suri Merino and had a bit left over and I used 4mm needles. The size of the pattern is pretty adjustable; in the pattern I suggest good places to add length. I think if you choose to use a different gauge than I used, a swatch test in the beginning to figure out the width is all you need to do and then you can really use any yarn you like!
