This soft and cosy hat will keep the early spring chill away. Use a chenille yarn to knit this super fluffy head warmer, and short rows to make the decorative flower. You can also knit the flower to make brooches or to decorate other knits. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the hat is knitted in DK weight yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round). For beginners and above, other techniques used include knitting stripes. seaming, increases and decreases, and simple short rows. One size only: Adult size medium/large (25cm across x 23cm tall).
