In 2018, to commemorate the end of the First World War, our local Commonwealth War Graves Cemetery will be decorated with the national flags of the fallen servicemen interred therein.
This is a pattern for a knitted flag that will be used for this purpose. The finished work may be easily increased in size by using a thicker yarn and larger needles.
