I realized recently that we had hats for just about every other major holiday, except New Years - what an oversight!! The idea was to make a party hat that resembled a glass of champagne. And while it didn't turn out exactly as I had imagined, it's still pretty darn cute! Because this hat is designed to sit on top of the head, one size will fit most babies and kids.
