Produktdetails
Nest is a graceful, delicate loop cowl worked sideways. It begins with a provisional cast-on and the ends are joined with 3-needle cast-off to give a seamless finish. You can easily customise the cowl depth by adding/subtracting a multiple of 20 sts to the cast-on. You can also knit a scarf version just replacing the provisional cast-on and the 3-needle cast-off with your favourite cast-on and cast-off methods.
Materials
♡ 2 skeins of Malabrigo Arroyo shown in Borrajas or approx. 600 yards/550 meters of sport weight yarn.
♡ US6/4mm needles or different size to obtain gauge.
♡ crochet hook and waste yarn for provisional cast on.
♡ cable needle (optional).
♡ spare needle.
♡ darning needle.
Gauge after blocking
23 sts & 23.5 rows = 4 inches/10 cm in Lace pattern. 20 sts & 14 rows (1 lace pattern repeat) = 3½x2½ inches/9x6 cm
