This pattern includes instructions for making the mommy and the baby sea horse. When finished, Mommy seahorse measures about 6.5 inches from top to bottom, while baby seahorse is about 5 inches. There are so many possibilities with color combinations that you could make a whole family of seahorses, each one looking unique!

Worsted weight yarn
Crochet hook (I used 3.5mm for Mommy Seahorse and 3.25mm for Baby Seahorse, but you could use the same for both)
Poly-Fil Stuffing
Safety eyes (I used 9mm for Mommy and 8mm for Baby, but you could use the same size for both)
Yarn needle for sewing pieces together and weaving in ends.
