Miodowa Hat

Knitted in bulky weight wool this hat keeps you warm in winter. Play with different yarn and needle sizes to have different sizes of the hat.

Sizing: Finished hat circumference is 18”/45 cm. The hat is designed to be worn with negative ease to fit head circumference: ~22-23”/56-58]cm. By adjusting needle size and using different yarn you will get different size alterations.

Gauge:

14 sts = 4” 10 cm in Stockinette st with larger US 10/6-7 mm needles.

18 sts = 4” 10 cm in cable pattern with larger US 10/6-7 mm needles.

Yarn options:

Malabrigo Chunky (100 % merino wool, 100g/3.53 ounces/100 yds/91 m). The sample was knitted in colorway 204 Velvet Grapes. You need 2 skeins or 122yds/111m.

Rowan Cocoon (80% merino wool, 20% goat mohair, 100g/3.53/126yds/115m). The sample was knitted in colorway 803 Scree. You need 1 skein or 126yds/115m.
