I love the bright pop of purple in the spring that comes with the blooming of the Eastern Redbud trees in the midwestern US. These trees also have lovely heart-shaped leaves which were the inspiration for these socks. The heel flap incorporates slipped stitches for strength and durability. The remainder of the sock is worked in ribbing to provide a great fitting sock.
SIZE: Adult M to fit 8.5-9.5" [21.5-24 cm] foot circumference with .25-1”[.75-2.5 cm] negative ease
GAUGE: 34 sts & 44 rows = 4“ [10 cm] in stockinette stitch on smaller needles after blocking
