She's knitted in super high-vis yarn that looks just like the lollipop persons uniform. The used for this is Cygnet, Pato Everyday DK, Neon Yellow, its a fabulous colour.
For the sign you will need Black Pebeo Setacolor 3D gloss effect fabric paint and a flat plastic bottle for stiffening.
The pattern is knitted on two pins and is easy to follow.
