FINISHED MEASUREMENTS Base: width – 0.47 in (1.2 cm), length – 15.7 in (40 cm) approx. Decorative element: 3.3 x 1.2 in (8.5 x 3 cm) approx.
NOTIONS Plastic or metal headband (the original plastic headband is 0.24 in (6 mm) wide), scissors, tapestry needle.
It takes up to three hour to create one headband.
