La GeKka

La GeKka is an fun and cosy oversized Jumper with a delicate textured motif and pockets that follow the oval shaped hemline in thick and thin striping.

The boatneck is flanked by intricate short-row shoulders, which reflect the striping of the hem while pointy sleeve tops mirror the shoulder wedges and provide a different interpretation to the usual dropped-down yoke construction.

An asymmetric lower body with a curved hem and reversed princess seams at the front give the oversized look a flattering tulip shape.

Many interesting details, like the broken up purled sections in between the short row striping, the contrast bind off for a delicate finishing and the playful skinny striping of the sleeves that allow for a fun colour gradation, enhance the overall look of this garment.

(As seen in the final 4 pictures, the pullover can also be worked without sleeves and be worn as an oversized vest with an original opening at the arms.)
