- Polo & CO Changthang Bulky (50% Yak, 50% Merino): 100g/ 145 yards [133 meters]; 1 skein or approx. 120 (140) yards [110 (130 meters)] of bulky weight yarn that knits up to gauge.
- US 7 [4.5 mm] & 8 [5 mm] 16” (40 cm) circular needles or DPNs
- Cable needle
- One stitch marker
- Tapestry needle
Sizes medium (large) To fit head circumference: 20 (24)” [50 (61) cm]. Approx. hat length: 8.25 (8.75)” [21 (22.5) cm].
Gauge 1 repeat of Cable Pattern (16 sts and 8 rows) worked with larger needles = approx. 3.5” (9 cm) by 1.5” (4 cm) measured after blocking. Make sure to obtain correct gauge; adjust needle size if needed.
