The Irishtown Cushion was designed to match the Irishtown Blanket. It features the Fishernet Pattern from The Harmony Guide to Knitting Stitches on the front and reverse stocking stitch on the back. The cover is knit in one piece and then folded and seamed along the stocking stitch edge for a neat and tailored look. The envelope-style opening is closed using 4 or 7 buttons, depending on the size. The cables look more complicated than they really are since the pattern is repetitive, so it's both interesting and relaxing to knit up!
