Sometimes in spite of our best efforts, things just don’t turn out how we planned. Such was the case with this cowl. Intending to produce a brioche stitch, I miscopied the pattern and produced something else entirely. Luckily, the resulting stitch was a lovely mix of cushy texture and warmth. This cowl works up very quickly on straight needles, and is seamed at the end. I invite you to get lost in this project, and create your own “happy accident”.
