Worked in the round from the cast-on edge to a super comfortable deep ribbed waistband, my pretty skirt idea is perfect TV knitting and an uber stylish addition to any Winter wardrobe. By casting on an odd number of stitches, it is easy to work moss stitch in the round and the length of the skirt can easily be adjusted before working the first set of styled decreases. I chose a deep elastic for the waistband to make sure that the skirt feels secure and comfortable in wear, and this elastic is cleverly encased in the cast-off ribbing to make for a professional finish to the garment. It's lovely and warm, and easy to wear - a practical statement piece for the modern day knitter.
