This Baby hand print motif square is part of my pictorial alphabet B-A-B-Y cube toy (pattern available separately).
It is an ideal project for a beginner as it is very quick & easy to knit and then duplicate stitch embroider (UK Swiss Darn) with the motif.
Full instructions are given to knit a 6x6inch(15x15cms) square in Aran (worsted) weight, 5x5inch(12.5x12.5cms) square in DK (or sport) weight & 4x4inch(10x10cms) square in 4Ply (sock / fingering) weight.
Use your finished hand print square on its own or incorporate it into a larger project of your own!
