This cardigan is worked in the round, top-down. The cardigan opening is created at the end by cutting a steek and working a ribbed lining. Ease for the finished garment is around 10 cm / 4 inches around the bust, since it's intended to be worn rather like an outdoor coat than an indoor cardi since it's so warm. The Alafosslopi is a bit itchy but enormously warming and even quite resistant to rain, ideal for outdoors use. Sizes follow the CraftYarnCouncil's standard as closely as possible. Yardage is around 20% CC (linings) and 80% MC.
