I originally made this shawl for my youngest daughter. The body of the shawl is simple stockinette stitch, but there's a girly lace section on the side. It's made as a triangular shawl, but the extra increases modify its shape into a heart. This modification makes the shawl easier to wear and adds a bit of extra interest.
Size: S (L). Finished size after blocking: 36 (50) x 110 (154) cm Shown in size S.
Gauge:20 sts x 37 rows in 10 cm (4 inches) in stockinette st.
The sample was knit in Soft Rainbow Yarns Trilogie. A substitute yarn is shown below.
