Georgia shawl

Georgia shawl is a contemporary triangular shawl featuring a cable and lace panel surrounded by classic garter stitch. You start knitting with just a few stitches at the right tip, then work your way accross to the left edge, creating the asymmetrical triangular shape.

The pattern comes with fully written and charted instructions so you can choose which you prefer to work from.

The size of the shawl is easily adjustable.

MATERIALS :

- 643 yds / 588 m DK weight yarn. Sample shown in Drops Karisma (100% wool; 50 g = 100 m/109 yards).

- 1 circular needle size 5mm (US 8)

- 1 circular needle size 5,5 mm (US 9)

- cable needle

- 1 stitch marker

GAUGE : 21 stitches and 28 rows = 4 inches (10 cm) in stockinette
