ABOUT THE PATTERN
The Gansey Boot Cuffs use simple knits, purls and 2-stitch cables to evoke iconic gansey sweaters. These cuffs combine rich texture with casual comfort. The Gansey Boot Cuffs include three of my favorite textured stitch patterns from traditional fisherman’s sweaters along the coasts of Ireland.
Boot cuffs are a quick and easy knit. Plus, boot cuffs are so versatile! Wear them above your boots on your calf, fold them over the boot tops to drape down, or wear them lower with ankle boots.

Finished Measurements: about 20.5 (30.5, 40.5) cm around by 19 cm tall
To Fit: 25.5-30.5 (35.5-40.5, 46-51) cm calf circumference
(written with 5-10 cm intended negative ease for the calf, for the ankle go down one size)

Needles: 3.75 mm dpns

22 sts and 26 rnds = 10 cm in Pattern after blocking
