Gacoco is a blanket that grows with your baby. It is a modular design. Each block measures 38 cm x 38 cm / 15" x 15". Four blocks make a versatile baby blanket. Each block has a non-rolling wavy edge that does not require further finishing so that you can seam several baby blankets together to make a throw blanket when your baby outgrows them or join in new pieces as your child grows. It is a huge time saver for busy moms and a great excuse to use exquisite yarns. The pattern also includes a seamless version.
The stitch pattern has been carefully designed so that the seams flow with it. Written and charted directions are given for the stitch pattern. The unique seaming technique is illustrated by step-by-step photos.
