Frankie is one of the Chez Designs Crazy Monster Character patterns. The design creates a square shaped head in keeping with the Frankenstein monster characteristics and a ghoulish but cute face on the back of the pants.
The extra stretchy rib on the waist and leg openings creates a stretchy fabric for a comfortable fit. When these are knit from pure wool, they can be lanolised for extra moisture protection and worn as a Nappy Cover/Soaker.
