This hat is designed as one size, to fit a head circumference of approximately 54–58 cm (21–23 in).
The combination of the 3/2 ribbed brim and the textured Pinecone Stitch creates a soft, stretchy fabric that comfortably adapts to different sizes without altering the stitch count.
For a deeper or slightly slouchy fit, simply work a few extra rounds in the stitch pattern section before starting the crown decreases. This allows you to easily customize the height of the hat to your preference.
Gauge:
20 sts x 22 rnds = 10 cm / 4 in in Pinecone Stitch on 5 mm needles.
