The Flakelet Hat uses a special stitch created over two rows that continues through the crown of the hat. The hat looks great when you alternate colors every 2 rows or when you use a single color. For a two colored hat, you will only use one color each round, so the hat is a great introduction to multi-colored knitting. The hat works up quickly and makes a cozy accessory for anyone, adults, children, or babies.
Flakelet: A small flake of snow or something else
Note: The special stitch can be a little hard on your hands when working it many times. The Frore Hat uses the same special stitch, but has only a few rows of it.
The pattern has been test knit and tech edited.
