We all like super warm mitts in the winter. These mittens fit the bill. Felting them, they repel water and wind. They will stretch when wet but should return to the original shape when dry. The ribbed cuff knitted onto the mitt after felting is a nice touch. You can choose a different colour or matching colour of worsted yarn that will not felt when they are rewashed, preferably an acrylic yarn. Felting is an easy task and instructions are included with the pattern.
