Note: Yarns are held double throughout most of cowl, but yardage listed on design page is not doubled, so you will need the amount listed of each yarn.
The cowl has it all: fan shells in the lace to underscore my Winter Games fan status, a model who rows competitively with an adaptive rowing partner to celebrate all the types of athletes who compete, and a fantastic color (thanks to great yarn) that looks super on her. Finishing touches lets this cowl sit nicely around the shoulders.
