These dainty little fairy baskets hold miniature foiled eggs and are the perfect size for decorating an Easter tree or hiding around the garden at Eastertime! Each fairy basket is worked flat in Moss Stitch (row by row instructions given) using two colours of DK yarn knitted together, and only takes minutes to complete. If you wish to make Fairy Acorn Baskets, then use double strands of brown DK yarn.
A packet of mini chocolate Easter eggs (any brand) measuring 4 – 5cm in length will fit these tiny baskets perfectly. Diameter of basket is 3cm.
Please Note: Easter egg cover is too small to hold a classic Creme Egg.
