The great thing about patterns based over 2x2 ribbing is their ability to stretch and therefore have flexible sizing. This is an especially nice feature for hats because you can knit it and have a wide audience to gift it to! This particular hat will fit head sizes from 19-24”.
As written this hat has a gentle slouch. Within the instructions you will see notes to add length as desired. For a floppier upper you may consider going up another needle size as well.
