Brighten up cold days in this raglan sleeve long line tunic with a lattice cable panel, optional waist shaping, and turtle neck and raglan sleeves.
The main body of the garment is worked in Reverse Stocking Stitch, with the cable panel worked on the centre of the back and front, and a twisted cable knitted up the centre of each sleeve. Instructions for the cable panels are given in chart form. Double rib is used for the edgings and neck. This sweater is designed to be very close-fitting on the bust and hips with gentle shaping to the waist, which could be omitted. The instructions are for flat knitting the back, front and sleeves separately from the bottom up. The neckband is formed by picking up stitches around the neckline after the right shoulder seam has been joined.
