Elk Hat

The Elk hat knitting pattern comes as a PDF with written instructions in English, charts and photos which you can download immediately after the payment. It prints onto A4 or US Letter paper. You will need a soft such as Adobe Reader to access it. This is easy level knitting pattern; the following skills are required: Cast on, Knit, Purl, Circular Knitting, Color Knitting, Bind off. All measurements are given in US and metric. Hat is knitted in one piece. Full pattern support is available via message or email.

SIZE: Adult — 55–60 cm / 21½”–23½” circumference.

YARN: Léttlopi by Ístex #0051 White —40 g / 88 yd, #1419 Barley — 20 g / 44 yd.

YARN SUBSTITUTE: Malabrigo Rios, Malabrigo Worsted, Mota by WoolDreamer's Yarn, Cascade 220 by Cascade Yarns , Valley Yarns Superwash by Valley Yarn.

GAUGE: 10 cm × 10 cm / 4” × 4” = 18 sts × 23 rows in stockinette stitch.

NEEDLES: Circular or double pointed needles 3.5 & 4.5 mm / US 4 & 7.
