Ebenezer Scrooge is approximately 82cm (32 inches) tall with a removable dressing gown, slippers and nightcap and posable limbs and fingers. The yarn used is 25g mini balls to minimise waste. (If you’re a fan of Charles Dickens’ ‘A Christmas Carol’, Jacob Marley’s Ghost is available as a separate pattern).
When you buy this pattern you will receive two 25-page PDFs in one: one contains detailed written instructions using American crochet terms and the other uses British terms. Both contain 159 close-up photos of Scrooge being made, along with photo tutorials of the magic loop, knots and changing colour.
