Drip Dye DK

#DripDyeDK - a sweater with yoke contrasting pattern

This sweater is the thicker, warmer counterpart to my original pattern "Drip Dye Sweater" (also available here on lovecrafts)

This sweater is worked in DK yarn (or yarn held double Sport + Lace).

In addition, the pattern extends over the entire sweater and a total of only two colors are used.

The sweater is worked seamlessly from the top down in rounds with a circular yoke. You start with the neckband, which is worked first in a k1/p1 pattern. This is followed by the round yoke, the body and the sleeves.

needle size

circular needles and/or DPN 3,5mm (US4) for the cuffs,

3,75mm (US5) for yoke and body,

4,0mm (US6) for the sleves

or another needle size to obtain gauge

1 stitch marker

with 3,75mm (US5) worked with both colors in main pattern (stranded), washed and blocked
