As a lover of nature I just had to create Dotty the ladybird. Dotty comes complete with a spotted (dotty) summer dress.
7 page written pattern with photo’s for your reference. Written in English and worked flat on 2 needles
DIFFICULTY LEVEL: Intermediate
FINISHED MEASUREMENTS: 12” tall from base of foot to tip of antenna.
I do allow the finished products from my patterns for charity or by hobby sellers please ensure designer details are also included.
Gauge isn’t important, your work just needs to be compact so that stuffing doesn’t show through.
MATERIALS NEEDED:
Needles UK No 10 (3.25mm) US 3
Tapestry/Darning needle for sewing up
Toy stuffing
12mm safety eyes
9mm black button (optional)
SUGGESTED COLOURS: DK/8ply – to make both dolls
50g red
60g black
20g skin tone
Any DK/8ply yarn and colour combinations can be used
